Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
    100 g
  • Hot water
    1000 ml
  • Salt
    2 tsp
  • Sauce
  • Salted pollack roe
    60 g
  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    1 tbsp
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed
  • Nori seaweed
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the thin skin from salted pollack/cod roe (tarako).
  2. 1. Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, boil according to the instructions on the package, and drain the water.
  3. 2. In a bowl, combine Step 1 and sauce ingredients and mix together.
  4. 3. Arrange it on a plate, sprinkle with young green onion (konegi) and nori seaweed, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. This time we use tarako, but you can also make it deliciously in spicy pollack/cod roe (mentaiko). Please use the time indicated on the package as a guide for the boiling time.
