  • (A)Water
    1.5 tbsp
  • (A)Brown sugar
    1 tsp
  • Radish sprouts
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut the root of radish sprouts.
  2. 1. Heat (A) in a small pot over medium heat and bring it to a boil.
  3. 2. Add quail eggs boiled in water, simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes while rolling them, and remove from the heat.
  4. 3. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with radish sprouts, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can substitute brown sugar with sugar. The water content is low, so please boil it in a small pot.
