How to make

  1. Prepare. Wash the green bell peppers well.
  2. 1. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers and cut into small pieces.
  3. 2. Cut chicken breasts into 0.8-inch wide pieces.
  4. 3. Put the eggs and milk in a bowl and mix them. Put cooking oil into a heated pan over medium heat, pour the egg mixture and make a thin omelet. Take it out on a plate when it's cooked.
  5. 4. Add the butter to pan heated over medium heat. Once melted, add the chicken from Step 2 and stir-fry until it is thoroughly cooked.
  6. 5. Add the bellpeppers from Step 1 into the pan and lightly stir-fry along with the other ingredients from Step 4 over medium heat. Add the rice, ingredient (A) and stir-fry until everything is mixed together.
  7. 6. Place a plastic wrap inside a bowl, and place the thin omelet from Step 3 onto it. Put the rice from Step 5 on the omelet and wrap it into a half spherical shape.
  8. 7. Move the shaped omelet from Step 6 onto a plate. Add some ketchup to your liking, and it's done!

Tips for cooking

Heat the frying pan before hand, then pour cooking oil and cook the thin omelet for a cleaner finish. You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
