  • Salt

  • Sake
    1 slice(s)
  • Shimeji mushrooms
    1/2 package(s)
  • Green shiso leaves
    3 sheets
  • Salted butter
    10 g
  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Boil some water in a pot for boiling the spaghetti and add salt.
  2. 1. Cut off the hard tip of shimeji mushrooms, and break it up, and slice the green shiso leaves thinly.
  3. 2. Cut the sake into 5 equal pieces.
  4. 3. Put the spaghetti into a pot of boiling water, boil according to the directions on the bag, and scoop it out with a strainer.
