    400 g
  • Tuna flakes marinated in oil
    1 can
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    2 tsp
  • Nori seaweed
    4 sheets
  • Garnish
  • Green shiso leaves
    1 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Combine tuna flakes marinated in oil, mayonnaise and soy sauce in a bowl and mix.
  2. 2. Spread 1/4 of the rice on top of a plastic wrap, place 1/4 of Step 1 on the top, wrap, and shape it into a triangle. Make 3 onigiri in the same way.
  3. 3. Wrap it with seaweed, place it on a plate covered with green shiso leaves, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of Japanese mayonnaise to your taste. Make sure to put the filling in the middle and mold, so that it does not come out.
