  • Salmon
    100 g
  • Avocado
    1/2
  • Lemon juice
    1 tsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Chili Oil(La-yu)
    1/2 tsp
  • Korean seaweed
    6 sheets
  • Toppings
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the seed and peel the avocado. Heat Japanese sweet cooking wine (mirin) and let the alcohol evaporate.
  2. 1. Cut the avocado into 0.4-inch cubes, put them in a bowl, and pour lemon juice over them.
  3. 2. Cut salmon into 0.4-inch cubes.
  4. 3. Mix ingredient (A) in a separate bowl.
  5. 4. Add Step 1 and 2, mix, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in a refrigerator for 15 minutes until the flavors are blended.
  6. 5. Drain the liquid, place it in a bowl, garnish with Korean nori seaweed, sprinkle young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
