    60 ml
  • Tempura flour
    50 g
  • Curry powder
    1 tsp
  • Frying oil

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the stem of zucchini and cut into 0.4-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Add tempura flour, curry powder, and cold water into a bowl, lightly mix, then coat Step 1.
  3. 3. Pour 1-inch depth of oil into a pan, heat to 180℃ (338°F), and add Step 2. Deep-fry for about 1 minute until the batter gets crispy, then drain off the oil.
