  • Soy sauce

  • Chicken thigh

  • Carrot

  • Yellow bell pepper (Yellow paprika)

  • Green beans

  • Broccoli sprouts

How to make

  1. 1. Cut yellow bell pepper into 0.4-inch pieces, carrot into bite-sized pieces, and green beans in half.
  2. 2. Add cooking oil to a pan, heat over medium heat, add Step 1, and cook until lightly browned, then remove.
  3. 3. Place chicken thigh skin side down and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes. Flip it over, cook for about 3 minutes, and remove it.
  4. 4. Heat the teriyaki sauce over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add Step 2 and 3 and boil down. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  5. 5. Serve rice in a bowl, top with Step 4 and broccoli sprouts, and it's ready to serve.
