  • Cabbage
    100 g
  • Green shiso leaves
    3 sheets
  • Salt
    1 tsp
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Shredded toasted seaweed (Nori flakes)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Remove the core of cabbage, cut into chunks, and slice the green shiso leaves into thin strips.
  2. 2. Add Step 1 and salt in a bowl, rub it with hands, and once it gets soft, pat dry.
  3. 3. Add Japanese style granulated soup stock to Step 3 and mix to blend the taste.
  4. 4. Arrange in a bowl and top with shredded toasted seaweed (nori flakes)

Tips for cooking

You can cut the cabbage in any way you like. In Step 2, rub it well and drain the excess water. It helps to keep the vibrant taste of the Japanese style granulated soup stock and will be delicious.
