  • Daikon radish leaves
    120 g
  • Dried whitebait
    40 g
  • (A)Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)bonito flakes
    2 g
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut daikon radish leaves into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
  2. 2. Add sesame oil to the heated pan over medium heat and stir-fry Step 1.
  3. 3. When it's softened, add dried whitebait and continue to stir-fry over medium heat.
  4. 4. When dried whitebait becomes crispy, add ingredient (A) and stir-fry over medium heat.
  5. 5. When the liquid is gone, remove it from heat. Transfer to a serving bowl and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

When you add it to a lunch box, be sure to cook it well and let it cool before packing it in the lunch box. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
