How to make

  1. Prepare. Mince parsley. Remove the stem and seeds of the bell peppers.
  2. 1. Roughly chop onion. Cut Japanese bell pepper into 0.4-inch cubes.
  3. 2. Slice Japanese sausage into a 0.2-inch wide round.
  4. 3. Add beaten eggs, milk, and salt and pepper mix in a separate bowl and mix well.
  5. 4. Place cooking oil in the heated electric griddle, add Step 1 and Step 2, and when the onion starts to soften, add (A) and stir-fry until the flavors are blended.
  6. 5. Add rice and stir-fry until the flavors are blended, then place it in the center.
  7. 6. Wipe the empty part with a paper towel, add salted butter, and melt it. Pour in Step 3 and mix it while it's cooking. When the egg is set, add toppings, ketchup, and parsley, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

If you can adjust the temperature of the electric griddle, set it to medium temperature, around 180°C (356°F). Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
