  • Batter
  • Soy pulp (Okara)
    200 g
  • Water
    200 ml
  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    80 g
  • Beaten eggs
    1
  • Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock
    2 tsp
  • Grated garlic
    1/2 tsp
  • Salt and pepper mix
    1/3 tsp
  • Shrimp
    150 g
  • Onion
    50 g
  • Salted butter
    20 g
  • Shredded pizza cheeze
    50 g
  • Parsley
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the back cotton from the shrimp.
  2. 1. Coarsely chop the onion.
  3. 2. Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl, add Step 1 and shrimp, and mix them together.
  4. 3. Melt the salted butter in a medium heated pan and spread Step 2, cook for about 5 minutes, then turn it over when it browns nicely.
  5. 4. Continue to cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle it with shredded pizza cheese and cover it with a lid.
  6. 5. Cook it over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then remove from the heat when the cheese melts.
  7. 6. Serve it on a plate, sprinkle it with some parsley, and it's ready to serve.
