  • Thinly sliced pork
    80 g
  • Cabbage
    100 g
  • Carrot
    30 g
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Miso
    2 tsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut hashed pork into 0.4-inch pieces. Peel carrots and set aside.
  2. 1. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 2. Shred carrots.
  4. 3. Add sesame oil to a pan over medium heat, add Step 1, Step 2, and hashed pork, stir-fry until the hashed pork changes color, then add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and cooking sake, and stir-fry while loosening the noodles.
  5. 4. Add (A) and stir-fry over medium heat. When all the flavors are well blended, remove from heat and place on a plate.
