  • Pork belly
    50 g
  • Chinese chive
    50 g
  • Bean sprouts
    50 g
  • Onion
    1/4
  • Red bell pepper (Paprika)
    30 g
  • Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • Seasoning
  • Japanese worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Grated garlic
    1 tsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut Chinese chives into 1-inch pieces and the red bell pepper into 0.2-inch pieces. Cut onion into 0.2-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch pieces.
  3. 3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan heated over medium heat and stir-fry Step 2.
  4. 4. Add red bell pepper and onion from Step 1 and stir-fry. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba), cooking sake, bean sprouts, and Chinese chives from Step 1 and stir-fry.
  5. 5. Once noodles have loosened and cooked through, add seasonings. Once the flavors have blended well, turn off the heat and serve on a plate, and it's ready to eat.
