  • Pork belly
    80 g
  • Kimchi
    60 g
  • (A)Whipping cream (Heavy cream)
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt
    a pinch
  • Salad oil
    2 tsp
  • Chili threads
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Add frozen udon noodles to a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and thaw according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2. Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Place cooking oil in the heated pan over medium heat, add Step 2, and stir-fry.
  4. 4. When pork belly is cooked through, add kimchi and (A) and heat over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add Step 1 and continue to stir-fry over medium heat. Remove from the heat when the flavors have blended well.
  6. 6. Serve on a plate, top with chili threads, and it's ready to serve.
