Tips for cooking

Fat comes out of ground beef and pork mix, so we stir-fry without cooking oil. Be sure to preheat the oven before baking. If the oven does not have a preheating function, set the temperature and cook for 10 minutes before baking. The heat may vary depending on the type of oven you are using and the age of use. Be sure to adjust the baking time as a guide. If it browns too much, cover it with aluminum foil.
