  • Daikon radish
    100 g
  • Dried wakame seaweed
    2 g
  • Water
    400 ml
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Miso
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel the skin of the white radish. Rehydrate the dried wakame seaweed using a full of water, drain the water, and pat dry.
  2. 1. Cut white radish into stripes.
  3. 2. Add water into a pot and heat over medium heat. Once it's boiled, add Step 1 and wakame seaweed.
  4. 3. Once it comes to a boil again, add Japanese style granulated soup stock powder, bring down to low heat, add and dissolve miso, and remove from the heat.
  5. 4. Arrange it into a bowl and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

If you soak the wakame seaweed for too long, it will melt, so please remove from water when it still has a certain texture. It is lightly seasoned, so add miso and adjust the taste to your liking.
