  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • Toppings
  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. Prepare. Heat udon noodles according to the package description and thaw them.
  2. 1. Add sesame oil to the heated pan over medium heat, add udon noodles, kimchi, and natto, and stir-fry until everything combines well.
  3. 2. Add noodle soup base (mentsuyu) and stir-fry over medium heat until the taste is blended, then remove from the heat.
  4. 3. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

You can substitute frozen udon noodles for boiled udon noodles. Please adjust the amount of the seasonings to your taste.
