  • (A)Sesame oil

  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Cayenne pepper (powder)
    2 three finger pinches
  • (A)Salt
    1 three finger pinch
  • Korean seaweed
    2 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Roughly chop the pickled daikon radish (takuan).
  2. 2. Add rice, Step 1, (A) into a bowl and mix. Divide it into 2 equal parts, wrap it with plastic wrap, and use your hands to press and form a triangle shape.
