  • Quail eggs boiled in water

  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Grated ginger
    1 tsp
  • (A)Curry powder
    1/3 tsp
  • Nori seaweed
    1 sheets
  • Green shiso leaves
    3 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the stems of the green shiso leaves and cut them in half.
  2. 2. Mix (A) in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 40 seconds at 600 W.
  3. 3. Place quail eggs boiled in water into a zippered storage bag while it's warm. Let it cool and leave it in a refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  4. 4. Cut nori seaweed into 0.4-inch pieces.
  5. 5. Place 1/6 of the rice and the drained Step 3 on a plastic wrap and shape it into a bale shape. Make 5 pieces in the same way.
  6. 6. Top with green shiso leaves, roll with nori seaweed, place them on a plate and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking
