Easy Quick! This is a recipe of prawn Chinese chive stir fry noodles (yakisoba). The seasonings are all in the same quantity, so it is easy to make.   • Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)

  • Shrimp
    70 g
  • Chinese chive
    30 g
  • Garlic

  • (A)Sake
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Oyster sauce
    1/2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch

How to make

  1. 1. Peel prawns, remove back veins and wash.
  2. 2. Cut off the root of Chinese chives and cut into 1-inch wide pieces. Slice a garlic thinly.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and garlic, and stir-fry. Add prawns and continue to stir-fry.
  4. 4. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) to Step 3 while loosening the noodles. Add (A) and Chinese chives, and mix well while stir-frying. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Plate it and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Adjust the amount of salt to your taste. Yakisoba noodles can be heated in a microwave in advance to make them easier to loosen.
