  • Sandwich bread
    1 sheets
  • Pudding
    70 g
  • Egg Mixture
  • Milk
    100 ml
  • Beaten eggs
    1
  • Sugar
    2 tsp
  • Powdered sugar
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Cut sandwich bread into 16 equal pieces.
  2. 2. Add pudding (purin) to a bowl and mix well with a whisk until smooth.
  3. 3. Put the beaten egg, sugar, and Step 2 in a separate bowl and mix well with a whisk, add milk little by little as you mix.
  4. 4. After mixing well, add Step 1 and soak for about 5 minutes. Once the egg mixture has soaked into sandwich bread, add it evenly into cocotte.
  5. 5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown in a toaster oven and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000 W 220°C (430°F). When it browns too fast, please cover it with aluminum foil. In that case, if the aluminum foil touches the heat source directly, it may melt. Make sure that it does not touch the heat source.
