  • Bean sprouts
    100 g
  • Imitation crab
    50 g
  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tsp
  • (A)Oyster sauce
    1 tsp
  • (A)Grated ginger
    1/3 tsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed
  • bonito flakes
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Put the bean sprouts in a heat-resistant bowl, and break up the imitation crab on the bowl and add.
  2. 2. Place stir fry noodles (yakisoba) on top of Step 1, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
  3. 3. Take it out once, add (A) and mix. Cover it with plastic wrap again and microwave in a 600W for 1.5 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve on a plate, sprinkle bonito flakes and konegi (young green onions) as you like, and it's ready to eat.

Tips for cooking
