Tips for cooking

You can use Japanese sausage instead of bacon. When eggs are half-cooked, they will have a thick and melty texture. You can also make demi-glace sauce by heating it in a pan. When heating the demi-glace sauce in the microwave, keep an eye on it while heating. If you are heating additionally, heat for 10 seconds at a time. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please heat the egg thoroughly to avoid eating raw eggs. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary.
