How to make

  1. 1. Shred the cabbage.
  2. 2. Cut the pork belly into 2-inch strips.
  3. 3. Put the dough ingredients and Japanese style granulated soup stock into a bowl and mix. When it gets smooth, add Step 1 and mix.
  4. 4. Place cooking oil in the heated pan over medium heat, pour in Step 3, and spread it in a round shape.
  5. 5. When it browns, spread Step 2 over the dough, turn it over, cover it with a lid, and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  6. 6. When the pork belly is cooked through and crispy, turn it over, place some shredded pizza cheese over the entire dough, cover it with a lid again and cook for about 1 minute over low heat.
  7. 7. When the shredded pizza cheese has melted, remove it from the heat. Transfer to a plate, pour over Japanese Worcestershire sauce, sprinkle on dried green seaweed flakes (aonori), and it's ready to serve.
