  • Lettuce
    2 sheets
  • Wakame seaweed
    2 g
  • Water
    as needed
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Miso
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Rehydrate wakame seaweed with water as written on the package. Tear the lettuce with your hands.
  2. 2. Drain the wakame seaweed.
  3. 3. Heat water in a pot over medium heat. Bring it to a boil, then add the lettuce and the wakame seaweed.
  4. 4. Bring it to a boil, add Japanese style granulated soup stock, dissolve the miso, and remove it from the heat.
  5. 5. Serve in bowls and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

It is lightly seasoned. Please adjust the amount of miso and Japanese-style granulated soup stock to your taste. Please add miso at the end because the aroma will be gone after boiled.
