    1.5 tbsp
  • (A)Oyster sauce
    1.5 tbsp
  • (A)Cooking sake
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    1 three finger pinch
  • Eggs

  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp
  • Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel carrot.
  2. 1. Roughly chop cabbage and cut the carrot into strips.
  3. 2. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over low heat, crack in egg, and cook until the yolk is half-cooked, then remove from heat.
  4. 3. Heat the same frying pan over medium heat, add pork scrap and Step 1, and fry until the pork is cooked through.
  5. 4. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and (A), and stir-fry them together over medium heat. Remove from the heat when everything is well blended.
  6. 5. Serve on a plate, top Step 2, sprinkle with aonori (dried green seaweed flakes), and it's ready to eat.

Tips for cooking

Please try cooking sunny-side up (fried eggs) s slowly over low heat to have a nice yolk color. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please heat the egg thoroughly and avoid eating raw eggs.
