  • Chicken breast

  • Cooking sake
    2 tsp
  • Radish sprouts
    40 g
  • Japanese ginger (Myoga)
    1
  • (A)Whole grain mustard
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Salt
    2 three finger pinches

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the radish sprouts root. Remove the chicken breast skin.
  2. 1. Add chicken breast and cooking sake to a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 2 minutes at 500W until chicken breast is cooked through.
  3. 2. Let it cool down and break it up with your hands.
  4. 3. Cut radish sprouts in half. Slice Japanese ginger (myoga) thinly.
  5. 4. Add Step 2, 3, and ingredient (A) in a bowl and toss to blend the flavors entirely.
  6. 5. Serve on a plate and it's ready to serve.
