  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)

How to make

  1. 1. Thin-slice the onions.
  2. 2. Add water and ingredient (A) to a pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the onions from Step 1 and ground chicken, then simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the ground chicken is cooked through.
  3. 3. Pour in beaten eggs in a circular motion, heat over medium heat for about 1 minute until the egg is half-cooked, then remove from the heat.
  4. 4. Put the rice in a bowl, put the chicken and egg mix made in Step 3 on top and it's done!
