  • Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce

  • String cheese

  • Kimchi
    50 g
  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. 1. Divide string cheese into 4 equal parts.
  2. 2. Add eggs, oyster sauce, and chicken soup stock mixture to a bowl and mix together.
  3. 3. Pour 1/3 of the cooking oil mixture into a medium-heated Japanese tamagoyaki omelet pan, and spread it with a paper towel.
  4. 4. Pour 1/3 of the Step 2 mixture into the pan, place Step 1 on the back of the pan, roll up the egg, and cook over medium heat.
  5. 5. Cook the remaining Step 2 in the same way 2 times over again, and remove from the heat when it is cooked through.

Tips for cooking
