  • Pork loin
    200 g
  • Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch
  • (A)Grated ginger
    2 tsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    2 tsp
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • Cabbage
    2 sheets
  • Radish sprouts
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the roots of radish sprouts.
  2. 1. Add ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix together.
  3. 2. Shred cabbage.
  4. 3. Cut pork loin into 1-inch pieces, add them to a bowl, add salt and pepper mix and Step 1, and mix together.
