  • Spinach

  • Walnut
    20 g
  • Pasta
    100 g
  • Hot water
    1000 ml
  • Salt
    2 tsp
  • Salted butter
    10 g
  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Milk
    200 ml
  • (A)Powdered cheese
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    a pinch
  • Black pepper
    a pinch

How to make

  1. Prepare. Wash the spinach clean.
  2. 1. Cut the root of the spinach and cut the rest into 1-inch pieces.
  3. 2. Place the walnuts in a plastic bag and smash it.
  4. 3. Bring the water to a boil in a pot, add salt, and cook the pasta. Remove the pasta from the water 1 minute earlier than indicated on the pasta and drain off the water.
  5. 4. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry Step 1.
  6. 5. Add the salmon (sake) flakes and cake flour (pastry flour) to Step 4 and toss all together.
  7. 6. Add ingredient (A) and Step 3 to step 5 and simmer over low heat for about 1 minute.
  8. 7. Season with salt and black pepper, serve on a plate, pour on Step 2 and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Boil it 1 minute earlier than indicated on the package. Adjust the saltiness and spiciness as you like. You can substitute spinach with mushrooms, carrots, or any other vegetables you like.
