  • (A)Hot water
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Coffee
    2 tsp
  • Salt-free butter
    10 g
  • Toppings
  • Vanilla ice cream
    60 g
  • Mint

How to make

  1. 1. Cut baguette into 4 equal pieces.
  2. 2. Put ingredient (A) into a bowl and melt the coffee.
  3. 3. Crack the eggs into another bowl, beat with a whisk, then add the remaining egg mixture ingredients and Step 2, and mix together.
  4. 4. Line Step 1 on a tray, pour in Step 3, and let it sit in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the egg mixture is absorbed into a baguette.
  5. 5. Melt unsalted butter in a medium heated pan and add Step 4. Cook for 3 minutes on each side and remove from the heat when both sides are browned.
  6. 6. Serve on a plate, top with vanilla ice cream and mint, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking
