  • Japanese style granulated soup stock

  • Japanese worcestershire sauce

How to make

  1. 1. Coarsely chop the cabbage.
  2. 2. Cut the pork belly into 2-inch pieces.
  3. 3. Put the dough ingredients and Japanese style granulated soup stock into a bowl and mix. When it gets smooth, add Step 1 and mix.
  4. 4. Place cooking oil into a pan heated over medium heat and pour in Step 3.
  5. 5. Once browned, spread Step 2 over the entire pan, turn it over, and cook it over medium heat. When the pork belly is cooked through and crispy, remove it from the heat.
  6. 6. Place it on a plate and pour Japanese Worcestershire sauce and Japanese mayonnaise on the entire. Sprinkle dried bonito flakes and the dried green seaweed flakes (aonori) and it's ready to serve.
