  • Chicken drumstick
    400 g
  • (A)Soy sauce
    2.5 tbsp
  • (A)Cooking sake
    2.5 tbsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    1/4 tsp
  • (A)Grated ginger
    1.5 tsp
  • Starch
    3 tbsp
  • Frying oil
    as needed
  • Mesclun greens
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Add chicken drumstick and (A) to zipper bag, rub well, and marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the liquid and coat with starch.
  3. 3. Pour 2-inch depth of frying oil to a pot, heat to 180℃ (360°F), and add Step 1. Deep-fry for about 6 minutes until the batter is crispy and cooked through, then drain the oil.
  4. 4. Place mesclun greens, then Step 3 on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
