- Chicken drumstick400 g
- (A)Soy sauce2.5 tbsp
- (A)Cooking sake2.5 tbsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix1/4 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1.5 tsp
- Starch3 tbsp
- Frying oilas needed
- Mesclun greensas needed
How to make
- 1. Add chicken drumstick and (A) to zipper bag, rub well, and marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Drain the liquid and coat with starch.
- 3. Pour 2-inch depth of frying oil to a pot, heat to 180℃ (360°F), and add Step 1. Deep-fry for about 6 minutes until the batter is crispy and cooked through, then drain the oil.
- 4. Place mesclun greens, then Step 3 on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
