  • Pork tenderloin

  • (A)Sake
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Sugar
    1 tsp
  • (A)Grated ginger
    1 tsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    2 tsp
  • Starch
    2 tbsp
  • Frying oil
    as needed
  • Lettuce
    2 sheets

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut pork tenderloin into 0.4-inch wide pieces.
  2. 1. Add (A) to a bowl and mix.
  3. 2. Add pork tenderloin, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. 3. Coat both sides with starch.
  5. 4. Pour 2-inch depth of frying oil into a pot, heat to 170℃ (340°F), and add Step 3. Deep-fry for about 4 minutes until pork tenderloin is cooked through, then drain the oil.
  6. 5. Place the lettuce and Step 4 on a plate and it's ready to serve.
