  • Beaten eggs

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the stem and seeds of the bell peppers.
  2. 1. Roughly chop the bell peppers and onions.
  3. 2. Cut chicken thighs into 0.4-inch wide pieces.
  4. 3. Put cooking oil in a pan heated over medium heat. Use a paper towel to spread the oil around. Add beaten eggs and spread it into a thin layer, and remove when the eggs have hardened.
  5. 4. Put cooking oil in the same pan, add the ingredients from Step 1 & 2 and stir-fry. When the chicken thighs are cooked, add ingredient (A) and blend it all together.
  6. 5. Add the rice, stir-fry over medium heat until the flavors blend together. Once that's done, remove them from the heat.
  7. 6. Place the thin egg from Step 3 on a plastic wrap, place the rice from Step 5 in the center. wrap the rice and reshape.
  8. 7. Put it on a plate and remove the plastic wrap. Pour some ketchup and parsley. Now it's ready to be served!

Tips for cooking

You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can add mixed vegetables to the ketchup chicken fried rice if you like. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please heat the eggs thoroughly and avoid eating them raw.
