How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel the potatoes and remove the eyes. Peel the carrots.
  2. 1. Cut the carrots into chunks. Cut the onions into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 3. Put cooking oil in pan heated over medium heat and stir-fry the ingredients from Step 1 and hashed beef.
  5. 4. When the onions become wilted, add water and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes while removing the scum. When the carrots soften, add the potatoes from Step 2 and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
  6. 5. Turn off the heat, add the beef stew roux, and melt.
  7. 6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sauce thickens, then serve in a bowl, sprinkle some parsley and it is ready!
