  • Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)
    1 head(s)
  • Hot water
    800 ml
  • Ground pork
    100 g
  • Tomato
    1
  • Green shiso leaves
    2 sheets
  • (A)Oyster sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Chinese soup stock
    1 tsp
  • (A)Water
    170 ml
  • (A)Starch and water mixture
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Add hot water to a pot and heat over medium heat. When it boils, add the Japanese stir-fried noodles (yakisoba). Boil for about 1 minute after it boils again, then drain.
  2. 2. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces and shred green shiso leaves.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the ground pork, and stir-fry until the color changes, add ingredient (A) and when it thickens add the tomato, bring to a boil, and remove it from the heat.
  4. 4. Transfer Step 1 to a serving bowl, pour over Step 3, top it with green shiso leaves and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please make the starch and water mixture with the ratio of starch: water, 1:2. Please check the thickness and adjust the amount to your liking.
