How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the base of Chinese chive and cut it into 1~2-inch lengths.
  2. 2. Add the sauce that comes with natto and stir until it becomes sticky.
  3. 3. In a bowl, add Step 1, Step 2, eggs, and noodle soup base (mentsuyu) and mix well.
  4. 4. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in 1/3 of Step 3, roll it up as you cook it, and cook the rest repeatedly until it browns, and it's ready.
