  • Maitake mushroom
    50 g
  • Shimeji mushrooms
    50 g
  • Enoki mushroom
    50 g
  • Thin-sliced half sized bacon
    2 sheets
  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    2 three finger pinches
  • Salted butter
    15 g
  • Nori seaweed
    as needed
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Loosen the stir fry noodles (yakisoba).
  2. 1. Cut off the roots of maitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms and break them up by hand.
  3. 2. Cut the thin-sliced half-sized bacon into 0.4-inch pieces.
  4. 3. In a pan heated over medium heat, melt salted butter, add Step 1 and Step 2, and saute for 3 minutes.
  5. 4. When shimeji mushrooms become soft, add yakisoba noodles, loosen them, add (A), and stir-fry over medium heat to blend well the flavors.
  6. 5. Arrange on a plate and garnish with nori flakes and young green onion (konegi).

Tips for cooking

If you heat yakisoba in a microwave for about 1 minute, it will loosen easily. You can substitute any kind of mushroom you like. Please adjust the seasoning to your taste.
