    30 ml
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock

  • Cayenne pepper (powder)

  • Okonomiyaki sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the core of cabbage. Peel Japanese yam (nagaimo) and set aside.
  2. 1. Shred cabbage.
  3. 2. Grate Japanese yam (nagaimo).
  4. 3. In a bowl, add Step 2 and the remaining dough ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
  5. 4. Add Step 1, kimchi and sakura shrimp, and mix until everything is blended.
  6. 5. Place cooking oil in a heated pan over medium heat, spread Step 4 round, and cook. Once browned, flip it over, cover with a lid, and cook for about 7 minutes until cooked through.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of cayenne pepper (powder) to your taste. This recipe uses dried sakura shrimp, but you can also enjoy it with boiled sakura shrimp. In that case, please adjust the amount of water.
