How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel the skin of daikon radish.
  2. 1. Make a 0.8-inch wide cut into round slices for daikon radish and round off the corners.
  3. 2. Cut konjac into 4 equal pieces.
  4. 3. Add hot water and (A) to a pot and heat over medium heat. After it comes to a boil, add Step 1, Step 2, boiled eggs, and Japanese sausages and simmer. When it comes to a boil again, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. 4. When daikon radish has softened, remove it from the heat and serve it in a bowl, and it's ready to serve.
