  • Chinese chive
    50 g
  • Eggs
    3
  • (A)Water
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1/2 tsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut Chinese chive to 0.2-inch width.
  2. 2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add ingredient (A) and Step 1, and mix together.
  3. 3. Place cooking oil in the hot Japanese tamagoyaki omelet pan, pour in 1/4 of s Step 2, and lightly cook over medium heat.
  4. 4. When it becomes half-cooked, roll it from the back towards the front, pour in 1/4 of Step 2, and cook over medium heat. Repeat the process 2 times, and remove from the heat when cooked through.
  5. 5. Cut into bite-sized pieces, place it on a plate, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

You can also add 2 tablespoons of dashi soup instead of water and Japanese style granulated soup stock to make it delicious.
