  • Ponzu sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Grated garlic
    1 tsp
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed
  • Green shiso leaves
    3 sheets

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the tendons and excess fat from the chicken thighs. Remove the stems from the green shiso leaves.
  2. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and lightly dust with cake flour (pastry flour).
  3. 2. In a pan heated over medium heat, add mayonnaise and Step 1, and cook.
