  • Starch

  • (A)Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Ketchup
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Sugar
    1 tsp
  • (A)Milk
    1 tsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1/2 tsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp
  • Lettuce
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Thaw the shrimp according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 1. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix.
  3. 2. Peel the shell, open the back with a knife, remove the back cotton, rinse under running water, and drain.
  4. 3. Place Step 2 in a bowl, add salt and coking sake, rub lightly, and coat them with starch.
  5. 4. Place cooking oil on a medium heated pan, add Step 3, and cook until cooked through.
  6. 5. Add Step 1 and mix over with medium heat continuously, then once the flavors have blended, remove from the heat. Arrange on a plate with the lettuce and it's ready to serve.
