  • Japanese mustard spinach
    50 g
  • Pork loin
    50 g
  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tsp
  • bonito flakes
    2 g

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the base of the Japanese mustard spinach and cut it to 0.8-inch width.
  2. 2. Cut the pork loin to 1-inch width.
  3. 3. Add sesame oil to the heated pan over medium heat, add Step 2, and stir-fry it.
  4. 4. When the pork loin is cooked through, add Japanese stir-fried noodles (yakisoba), water, and Step 1, and stir-fry over medium heat.
  5. 5. Once yakisoba noodles have loosened, add ingredient (A) and stir-fry them over medium heat. Remove from the heat once the flavors have been absorbed.
  6. 6. Transfer to a plate, garnish with bonito flakes, and it's ready to serve.
