  • Japanese leek

  • (A)Ponzu sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Black pepper
    1 three finger pinch
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the hard tip of the Japanese leek.
  2. 1. Cut Japanese leeks into thin diagonal slices.
  3. 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch pieces.
  4. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and grated garlic, and stir-fry.
