Ingredients
2 onigiri

  • Rice
    200 g
  • Salmon (Sake) flakes
    2 tbsp
  • Green shiso leaves
    2 sheets
  • Tempura bits
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    2 tsp
  • (A)Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tsp
  • Nori seaweed
    2 sheets
  • Garnish
  • Green shiso leaves
    1 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off stems of green shiso leaves and mince them.
  2. 2. Add rice, salmon flakes, Step 1, tempura bits and, (A) into a bowl and mix.
  3. 3. Divide the rice into two equal size, wrap each one with plastic wrap, shape it into a triangle, and paste seaweed. Serve on a plate covered with green shiso leaves, and it's ready to eat.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of mentsuyu to your taste. You can substitute green shiso leaves to konegi (young green onion)
