  • Onion
    30 g
  • (A)Ponzu sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Yuzu pepper paste (Yuzu kosho)
    1/3 tsp
  • Toppings
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the hard tip of shimeji mushrooms and break it with your hands. Thinly slice onion.
  2. 2. Place it in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for 3 minutes until it becomes soft.
  3. 3. Add (A) while it is still warm and toss.
  4. 4. Once the flavors have been absorbed, place it on a plate, sprinkle it with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
